1. Get the tools you'll need for the job. You would only need basic tools, most likely a flat blade screwdriver, 14mm socket and a ratchet.
2. Open the hood.
3. Pry off the cap on the wiper arm.
4. Remove the nut holding the wiper arm in place.
5. Mark the position of the arm on the splined shaft that it is attached to.
6. Pull off the wiper arm. You may need to jiggle it a little bit for it to come loose. Penetrating oil will help. There are also inexpensive tools called "wiper arm pullers" that are helpful.
7. Remove the wiper blade from the old wiper arm.

1. Clip the wiper blade onto the new wiper arm.
2. Push the new wiper arm in place.
