Shipping Policy

We understand how important it is for you to receive your parts as soon as possible. That’s why we have a shipping department dedicated to fulfilling orders promptly.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, we don’t. You can order as much or little from us as you want!

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are estimated based on location and weight. The minimum charge is $8.00, and you will see the shipping estimate in the shopping cart at checkout.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer two different shipping options:

  • Ground shipping: typically 2-7 days
  • Overnight shipping (at an additional cost): 2 days

All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We accept orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Customer Service is open Monday thru Friday 9am-4pm EST  Orders placed on business days are processed within 3 business days. Weekend orders are processed within 72 hours of the next business day. Shipping time may vary depending the parts stocking status, with the rise in unavailable parts they may be on backorder and unavailable.

How long does shipping take?

If you opt for ground shipping, you should get your order in 4 to 10 days, depending on location. If you splurge on 2nd day shipping, you bet you’ll get your order within the next 2 business days.

Will you provide tracking information?

Of course. We’ll email you the tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

Your card will have a hold or a processing charge when you place your order.  The money will not be taken from your account until we ship your order.

If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

We ship all the parts we have in stock within 72 business hours. We DO NOT ship on weekends.  If a part is not in stock, we’ll order it from the manufacturer and ship it to you as soon as we receive it . In this case, it can take up to 10 days for you to receive your order.

Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

Yes, we do.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

Yes, via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

For the time being, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship domestically, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Do you ship hazardous items?

Yes, we ship airbags and seatbelts but not batteries 

Do you ship oversized parts?

Yes. You’ll have to pay an additional charge, though. You will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.

What happens if you ship the wrong part?

We’ll take full responsibility and send you the right part immediately. We’ll also ask you to return the wrong part to us.

What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?

Please do not return the part to us because we’re not responsible for the damage. Instead, fill out a damage claim report with the carrier to receive a refund from them. You can use the refund to order a new part from us if you wish.

How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?

If you’re not sure whether you’re ordering the right parts from us, give us a ring! We’ll be more than happy to help you find the right parts for your vehicle.

What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?

You’re more than welcome to return the part to us for a refund or an exchange. You’ll have to pay a 15% restocking fee, and the returned part must be unused and still in its original packaging.

We always recommend using our VIN verification to ensure you order parts that will fit your vehicle. Give us a call if you need help.

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

It’s up to the carrier to make this decision, so you’ll have to contact them. Most likely, they’ll return the package to us. You may place a new order with your new address.

What if I never receive an order?

Look up the tracking number to find out where your package ended up, and then give us a ring to work something out.

What happens if I refuse the shipment?

If you want to return or cancel your order, please accept the shipment and then follow the process outlined in our return policy to guarantee a refund or an exchange.
